How do I get started with Weight Loss Coaching?

To begin your  journey to better health  with Coach Bridget, simply scroll down to fill out the form on the bottom of this page or website. Once you complete the form, Coach Bridget will contact you to schedule your in-person meeting.

What should I expect after I schedule my appointment with Coach Bridget?

My coaching sessions typically last around 60 minutes. In the meeting we will discuss your fitness goals, assess your current fitness level, and create a personalized training and nutrition plan tailored specifically for you.

Does Coach Bridget offer online coaching? Does she coach women only?

Unfortunately, I am not  offering online coaching at this time.  Who knows what the future brings?

Fitness Class Questions:

Where can I view the classes you are offering? How do I know where they are located?

 You can find my class times, locations, and schedule on the "Calendar" portion of my website.  

 *For trampoline classes: When you RSVP for a class you are put on the schedule.  You will receive an email if the class is cancelled or if the location changes.

How do I know which class is best for me? Do you offer all levels?

I provide different options in all my classes to cater to participants of various fitness levels and ages. Generally, most of the Trampoline classes are designed for a higher fitness level, unless specifically labeled as a "Gentle Bounce" Class.
