Workout Classes

Trampoline rebounding is a fantastic workout to incorporate as we age.

It supports lymphatic health, is gentle on the joints, and greatly improves bone density.
 

    Every 40-minute class includes :​

  • Flexibility & Stretching exercises

  • Balance training        

  • Strength-building exercises

  • Endurance training

 

​​Supportive bars are provided for those who need assistance with balance. Everyone, no matter your fitness level, is welcome to join! And best of all, it’s a fun way to

stay active!
